A commitment from suppliers is required to:
• Respect intellectual property, both of Rapid Order and of third parties.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information obtained through the platform, thus protecting the interests of all involved parties.
6. Service Modifications
Rapid Order reserves the right to make changes to the terms, prices, or offered services. Any modification will be communicated to suppliers with sufficient notice to allow them to adjust to the new terms.
7. Dispute Resolution

8. Free Use with Exceptions
The use of the Rapid Order platform is completely free for suppliers, except in the case of publishing offers in the news section. These publications may be subject to additional fees, which will be clearly communicated at the time of publication.
9. Applicable Legislation
These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the country in which Rapid Order is registered. Suppliers agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that country for the resolution of disputes.
